We are working with a SEND School in Ealing who are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11 - 18 who require specialist support in the class, these students may have a diagnosis of Autism, Downs' Syndrome, Physical Disability, Complex Needs and Global Developmental Delay.
You will gain fantastic training and certifications for your own professional development. In addition to training, this role also provides various pathways for your career, with you working closely with social workers, therapists, teachers and other professionals.
This can help should you wish to go down these career paths or consider working in another role within education, such as an HLTA, Teacher or SENCo later in your career.

Many of the children have Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN), with some being non-verbal and others using wheelchairs or requiring mobility support.
