This is a full-time, long-term role for someone with the experience, empathy, and resilience to make a real impact.
The Role
You’ll be providing consistent 1:1 support, building a positive relationship that helps the pupil feel secure and engaged in their learning.
Build trust and rapport, using patience and firm but calm boundaries
Support engagement with the Year 5 curriculum, adapting where needed
Provide encouragement, structure, and consistency in and out of lessons

About You
