With our expertise in SEND, we recognise the importance of finding the perfect role in SEND for you. We specialise exclusively in SEND positions across various school settings, ensuring you are only offered roles that align with your personal preferences and skills. 

We pay all of our agency staff directly through PAYE, without using third-party payroll companies, because we believe in ensuring your pay is fair and transparent. As long as school budgets permit, candidates pay will match the equivalent of their permanent salary.

Given the importance of consistency when supporting children and young people with additional needs, we exclusively offer long-term or permanent SEND roles. Our goal at PS Inclusion is to place you in a SEN position where you’ll want to stay, allowing you to become a valued part of the team and build strong, lasting relationships with the children and young people you support.

We have developed strong, long-standing partnerships with the schools and education providers we work with. As a result, we often recruit for SEND roles that have not yet been advertised or are exclusively managed by Parker Smith Inclusion.

I am working with a specialist primary SEMH therapeutic school who are looking for an engaging and passionate Therapeutic Learning Mentor. The children attending this school will have a SEN diagnosis, EHCP (Education Health Care Plan) surrounding their social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). Speech and Language Therapist Are you currently working in a school Speech and Language Therapy team and looking for a change or progression? Are you a Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration but requiring sponsorship to work in the UK? Do you have experience in Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy and looking for a role in which to specialise working with children? Are you a confident and motivated Band 5 or an emerging Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist who would like to work permanently Are you looking for an opportunity to work around your family life, or are you keen to build new skills in SEND such as SI (Sensory Integration)? Parker Smith Inclusion are currently partnered with many London based special schools looking to expand their Therapy offer. The schools’ Speech and Language Teams we are working with are across London and have opportunities covering part-time, full-time, locum, or permanent. The opportunities are flexible enough to work with you and working in schools offers great work life balance. The roles will vary depending on the type of setting and we work with Multidisciplinary/ Speech and Language Therapy teams in a variety of settings: Mainstream schools with ARP (Additionally Resourced Provisions) SEND schools for ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SLCN, SEMH and trauma informed schools. The child that the successful candidate will be supporting is in year 1 and has ASD, he also wears a nappy so some personal care is required. The role requires someone who has experience with ASD and can be patient and calming. This 1:1 Learning Support Assistant role would really suit applicants with experience working with children with SEN in a school environment, however the school may consider applicants who personal experience with SEN, or who truly care about having a positive effect on the lives of SEN children.
