Working as a PMLD Teaching Assistant:
Excellent training and progression pathways fully supported by the ambitious SLT.
Working closely with experienced professionals; SEN Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.

Deliver pastoral and learning support.
Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.

The children who attend this school will often have experienced adverse childhood experiences including trauma and toxic stress and a therapeutic and nurturing approach is essential to their development.
