I am working with an amazing and truly inspiring specialist setting that caters to students whose needs include severe SEMH, trauma, and ASC, as well as the KS3 students who have not had their needs met in mainstream schools and other provisions. This setting strongly believes in a no-exclusions policy, and all staff are committed to working hard to nurture every student into becoming a confident and happy individual who will enjoy learning. They have small classrooms of 10 children and different areas in the setting depending on the severity of their needs. They have an excellent Art, Occupational and SaLT on site that deliver interventions on a one-to-one basis or small group sessions. This setting is a remarkable place to work with a remarkable SLT.
