We are looking for Specialist Teachers for a variety of SEMH specialist settings including Pupil Referral Units, SEMH specialist schools, CAHMS Education services, Behaviour provisions within mainstream settings and Local Authority outreach teams.
We support Education providers that educate children and young people who for many reasons cannot access any other formal educational settings – these are the most vulnerable, at risk and hard to reach in our community. Understanding their SEMH needs must be met before any academic development can happen. What We Are looking for
Therapeutic teaching approach

Pay
We understand that pay is extremely important and it must be clear and simple! For that reason, we have chosen to pay our staff via PAYE only. Quoted rates are gross pay, and your pay will never involve the employer's NI deductions or admin fees.
Just as roles vary, so will the remuneration depending on the role requirements and your experience. You will often see these roles advertised as daily rates, please note that we pay PAYE only and rates will vary from £80-100 per day, depending on the role and your experience.
