About the school:
The school provides a calm, purposeful, and stimulating environment to support students’ development. They cater to students from ages 4-16 and have a Post-16 provision supporting learners aged 16-19.
The Role:
We seek a dynamic and highly motivated Specialist Teacher to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will:

Inspire and engage learners with SEN through high expectations and creative, accessible teaching methods.

Support students in developing functional life skills, communication, and positive behaviour strategies.

Apply an analytical approach to tracking student progress and personalising teaching to maximise engagement.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to create a holistic learning experience.
About You:
We welcome qualified applicants with experience in developing communication skills in learners with complex needs, including Autism.

Have excellent classroom leadership skills and a commitment to outstanding practice.
