Salary: £85 - £90 per day (PAYE payments)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant to join a thriving mainstream secondary school in Havering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to support young people with SEND, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to students with additional needs.

Assist teachers in delivering inclusive lessons that engage and inspire students.

Help implement and adapt personalised learning plans to support individual student progress.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued.

Monitor and report on students’ progress, contributing to their personal and academic development.
