Role Overview: Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday Pay: £85–£90 per day (PAYE) Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs, encouraging positive engagement and emotional resilience. Use a proactive approach in the classroom and around the school to contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Recognise that all behaviours are a form of communication, responding with patience, empathy, and adaptability. Work closely with teaching staff and specialists to implement personalised support plans and behavioural strategies.
