I am working with an excellent secondary school in North London that is seeking two experienced Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team. They are looking for candidates with experience in supporting secondary students with SEND, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as Physical and Sensory needs. This experience can be from either previous work or personal circumstances.
This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants to work in a Secondary School where you can have a profound impact on the lives of students.

Requirements for the Role:
- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant within a Secondary School is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Autism, ADHD, or other SEND is highly valued.
- Experience supporting secondary-age students with Special Educational Needs.
- If no school-based experience, personal experience with SEND is welcomed.
- A positive, friendly, and resilient personality is essential.
