SEND Teacher – Enfield

Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (max)
Are you a nurturing and dedicated teacher with experience in Autism (ASC), seeking a new and rewarding challenge?
We are partnering with a highly regarded SEND school in Enfield that supports children aged 3-16 with complex needs. This school provides a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where students thrive. They are currently looking for passionate, experienced teachers to join their wonderful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for a class of 10-12 students with complex needs, primarily ASC.
- Demonstrate resilience, hard work, and a deep understanding of mental health and neurodiverse learners.
- Track and monitor pupil progress to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Create dynamic and creative learning experiences.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and carers.
- Bring previous experience teaching children with SEND to this role.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of empathy, patience, and resilience, with the ability to stay calm and focused in challenging situations.
