Are you passionate about supporting children in Key Stage 3 with complex needs and helping them reach their potential?

We are working with a school based in Enfield that caters for students in Key Stage 3 with complex needs including ASC, learning disabilities, speech and language, medical and physical needs and some behavioural challenges. They provide an inclusive and personalised learning to support their students to become confident and independent.

About the Role;

  • Supporting the students and following the class timetable
  • Work with small groups or individual pupils 
  • Working alongside the class teacher to support the pupils
  • Using symbols to communicate with students who have communication needs 
  • Helping students with personal care if needed 
  • To be fun, energetic and happy to get involved with activities 

Recruitments for the role:

  • Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or relevant experience 
  • An understanding of children with complex needs 
  • Comfortable with personal care, training if provided 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
