About the Role
SEN Teaching Assistant – Supporting Students with Autism, ADHD & SEMH Needs
Location: Kingston, South West London
Salary: £95 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 16:30pm

Working in a SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) school is rewarding, challenging, and never boring! You’ll be working closely with students who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour, and communication – but with patience, creativity, and the right support, you’ll see first-hand the progress they make. Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Provide tailored support to students with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
- Help students develop social skills, resilience, and confidence.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Be a role model – offering encouragement, patience, and consistency.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Passionate individuals who genuinely want to make a difference.
- Graduates (Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related fields) looking for hands-on experience.
- Resilient & patient personalities – every day is different, and adaptability is key!
- Previous experience in education, care, youth work, or mental health is a bonus but not essential.
