Location: Havering
Salary:£85 - £90 per day
Hours: 8:30 - 3:20

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join wonderful, 'Outstanding' mainstream primary school in Havering. You will play a key role in supporting the youngest learners, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and creative activities that inspire curiosity and confidence. This role will specifically involve providing tailored support for children with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children in their learning and development through planned and spontaneous activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of a stimulating and safe learning environment.
- Providing targeted support for children with SEN, using appropriate strategies and resources to meet their unique needs.
- Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional well-being.
- Observing and recording children’s progress, contributing to individual development plans.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver the Early Years curriculum effectively.
Do you have?
- A passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
- Experience or a strong interest in supporting children with SEN.
- A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of learners.
- Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake further training.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
