Mainstream Secondary – High Special educational Needs
Immediate start
£110 -£120 per day PAYE
Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who has a passion for helping Children and young adults?
Do you have experience in working in a PRU or similar setting?
Do you have a passion to help young people with SEN?
I am actively seeking an engaging and passionate Behaviour Lead to work in a mainstream secondary school with high levels of SEND. I am looking to speak to professional and committed Behaviour leads with a passion for making a difference, ideally would have experience working with SEMH or ASD in an alternative provision or other specialised behaviour settings.
Behaviour Lead requirements:
- The behaviour lead we are looking for should have experience in working with young people with SEMH
- Ideally has behaviour lead should have TA or Tutor experience like leading small groups
- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
- The Behaviour Lead should have a passion for working with young people with SEND
