At the start of the year, we had a real issue with a large number of Teaching Assistant vacancies (12 vacancies) and a high level of sickness absence. I was tasked with engaging in widening our search for new agencies and sourcing better quality candidates to work with our rather unique learners. PS Inclusion were really thorough and considered when finding me a new role in a SEND school. This worked for all concerned, the school; myself and the learners.
