Reason to apply, recruiter’s note…
“I understand the current demand for SaLTs across the UK and London and know those with experience and expertise need a reason to apply. I encourage those who are looking for a supportive team, with a child centred approach to read on. Perhaps you are looking for a more manageable workload or obtain some work/life balance. I have introduced a multitude of staff who have found their purpose within school teams of likeminded SEN professionals. If you are even slightly intrigued, please call in and ask for Emilie.”
