Are you seeking a supportive & bespoke setting which invests in its staff and provides the best possible education for students with a diagnosis of autism?
We are working with an outstanding school situated in Southwark to find a teacher to lead a classroom of 10 to 12 students, all with a diagnosis of Autism. The successful candidate will find themselves teaching in a bespoke setting, teaching a class whilst supported by 3 TAs with a choice available of what key stage to teach. The school teaches all key stages though some students may not work at a level matching their age, additionally some students may have other needs included in their EHCP.
The school is extremely supportive of staff, investing in training their staff alongside providing support where possible. The building is newly built with bespoke features to help support with the students’ needs such as noise-cancelling walls, sensory rooms, 1:1 facility and more! Additionally, in the coming years there are going to be opportunities to progress beyond going up the PayScale, including the opportunity to become a member of the senior leadership team as a new site will be opening nearby to the school.
So, if you’re looking for a rewarding role in a caring school with supportive staff, why not apply today?
