About the Role
KS3 Teacher (SEND) – Special Needs Secondary School, Ealing
Location: Ealing, London
Start Date: ASAP or September
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
A specialist secondary school in Ealing for students aged 11-19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, and additional needs is seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS3 Teacher to join its dedicated team. About the Role
We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to ensuring all students reach their full potential. The role involves:
- Teaching a KS3 class group with a range of learning needs, including ASD.
- Delivering the core curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging, accessible, and differentiated.
- Working proactively with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student development.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where students feel valued and respected.
- Taking responsibility for pupil progress, behaviour, and well-being.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school through teamwork and collaboration.
