The Role: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Sutton
Contract: Temp-perm
Start date: September 2025
Age range: 3 - 19 There are multiple roles available across three sites
Rate of pay: £85 - £95 PAYE per day (depending on experience)
Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? A highly regarded SEND school is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their expanding team. They are looking for someone who is eager to help their students become independent, gain functional skills, and be happy and safe at school.

- A team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with other staff.
- An individual who is keen to help young people become as independent as possible, and leave school equipped with functional skills.
- A Teaching Assistant who is willing to engage in ongoing training.
- Someone who may be open to moving to a permanent role after a trial period.
