Your Role:
- Design and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons for a class of 10-12 students with complex needs, primarily Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
- Bring resilience, empathy, and expertise to support neurodiverse students, with a focus on mental health and well-being.
- Monitor and track pupil progress, using insights to enhance teaching and learning strategies.
- Cultivate strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and carers.
- Share your passion for education with creativity, patience, and commitment to the success of every student.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or proven experience in SEND teaching.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine empathy, patience, and resilience.
- Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and focused in challenging situations.
