Your Role:

  • Oversee and implement the SEN policy, ensuring high-quality support for students with SEN or disabilities.

  • Support staff in delivering inclusive teaching practices that promote high achievement and student well-being.
  • Maintain accurate SEN records and contribute to the school development plan.
  • Liaise with local authorities, educational psychologists, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with SENCO experience or an aspiring SENCO willing to undertake training.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate SEN support across the school.
