The perfect SEN Teacher-
- Can use learning objectives to plan, evaluate and differentiate lessons
- Is able to manage the work and development of support staff
- Happy to be creative in your teaching to support the needs of the children beyond the National Curriculum
- Has a love and passion for education
- Confident in communicating effectively with pupils, parents and carers
- Willing to collaborate and work with colleagues and other professionals particularly the Speech and Language Therapist and Educational Psychologist
- Can create professional relationships with their amazing team
- Is nurturing, kind, patient and understanding
