Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with an inspiring setting in Epping. This setting provides support to primary aged students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) needs. They are looking for enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistants to make a difference to these students lives by acting as a positive role model as well as providing good academic knowledge, you will need to provide support in lessons to ensure the best is achieved from each student. The students may have challenging behaviour so being confident in managing this is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored tuition to secondary students with SEN and mental health needs. Create engaging, individualized learning plans to suit each student’s needs.
