We here at Parker Smith are currently working with a wonderful Mainstream Primary School in the London Borough of Havering who are looking for a confident and creative TA to support and encourage one of their children who need that extra support in the classroom to help with their development and learning. The school have a fantastic team who will be able to offer you great support! This is a brilliant opportunity for a TA looking to utilise their skills and make a difference to the lives of young people. The ideal TA should be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential, you should also be empathetic, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the job. You should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and always be looking for learning opportunities. Working as a TA is such a rewarding opportunity and you will go home and know you have made a difference, what an amazing end to your day! Experience working with SEND is always brilliant but equally the passion to work with SEND and the determination to learn can be enough.
