Are you a teacher seeking a new and rewarding role within a supportive and creative school?

We are working with a fantastic school in the London Borough of Lambeth who are seeking an enthusiastic and creative SEND Teacher to teach KS2/3 & 4 students with autism and communication needs. In this role you will work within a supportive environment, leading a class alongside multiple Teaching Assistants and a Midday Supervisor. The class consists of 9 students with varying needs with most of the class Preferring sensory engagement - using objects of reference, supported by PECs. Otherwise, a couple of the students can follow simple symbol directions and read basic words/sentences and use a communication book.

This is an amazing role for teachers looking to use their creativity in the classroom, as the bespoke curriculum allows wider scope for lessons, and less restrictions for the teacher’s ideas!
