What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children with diverse learning needs, helping them engage in their personalised curriculum.
- Working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning plans.
- Helping children develop communication, social, and emotional regulation skills.
- Creating a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment where every child feels valued.
- Playing a vital role in nurturing independence and confidence in young learners.
Who Would Be a Great Fit?
- Someone with experience (formal or informal) working with children, particularly those with SEN.
- A patient, caring, and proactive individual who thrives in a supportive environment.
- A great team player who enjoys working closely with others.
- Someone passionate about helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- Graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
