SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist ARP

Salary: £90 per day PAYE

🔹 Helping children with Autism and additional needs engage in learning in a way that works for them
🔹 Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons that spark curiosity and confidence
🔹 Using tailored strategies to build communication and emotional regulation skills

🔹 Working alongside therapists, teachers, and families to ensure no child is left behind
Who You Are
You’ve worked with children with SEN before (or have a natural ability to connect with those who need extra support)
You’re patient, adaptable, and understand that progress comes in different forms
You’re passionate about inclusion and believe every child deserves the right tools to succeed
