Working closely with teachers and specialists to ensure strategies are in place to support students’ progress. Monitoring and tracking student development to ensure interventions are making a positive impact. About you: Experience in supporting children with SEN – Whether in a school, youth work, or through personal experience, your background will help you succeed in this role. Experience with EHCPS – You have a strong understanding of how to implement and tailor interventions based on individual plans. Knowledge of SEND strategies – You’re familiar with various interventions and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
