Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

£85 - £100 per day PAYE
We seek a dedicated and professional SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-respected specialist SEN primary school. The school provides a nurturing and structured learning environment, ensuring every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children with various learning difficulties, helping them engage with their tailored curriculum.
- Work alongside teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver individualised learning plans.
- Assist with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation strategies.
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where pupils feel supported and valued.
- Help students develop independence and confidence in their learning.
Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism and speech & language needs.
- A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach to learning support.
- Strong
- communication and teamwork
- skills.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
- Graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply!
