This role involves working one-on-one with students in the community, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored tuition to secondary students with SEN and mental health needs. Create engaging, individualized learning plans to suit each student’s needs. Build positive relationships that foster confidence and motivation in learners. Travel to various locations to meet students in their homes or other community settings. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with secondary-aged students, especially those with SEN or mental health challenges. Be resilient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference. Hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across Chelmsford and nearby areas (travel expenses are fully reimbursed).
