The Role
- Inspire and educate students as a Business and IT Teacher, delivering an engaging curriculum that covers key aspects of business studies and IT within an alternative provision setting.
- Foster a passion for digital literacy and enterprise among students who may have experienced challenges in mainstream education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative lesson plans and personalised teaching strategies.

Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – with experience or a strong passion for teaching Business & IT in an alternative education setting.
- Transitioning to SEND? - All PS Inclusion Teachers will have access to a free online SEND training hub which includes training for teachers who are transitioning to SEND from mainstream schools!
- Subject Expertise – Strong knowledge of business studies and IT, including emerging technologies.
- Engaging Educator – Ability to inspire students with creative and interactive teaching methods, adapting to different learning styles.

Proven experience in primary curriculum leadership and school improvement
Resilience and confidence in supporting children with SEMH, ASC, and complex needs

Ability to lead by example and build trust across a multidisciplinary team
Experience in a specialist setting is ideal, but mainstream leaders with strong SEND understanding are warmly welcomed
