The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Autism Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school and work across all age groups. This is a full-time, long-term role, perfect for someone who is compassionate, patient, and eager to support students in reaching their full potential.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Provide small group support to students with Autism and complex needs
  • Assist with personal care tasks where necessary
  • Support students in hydrotherapy sessions

  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement learning strategies
