About the Role
1:1 Teaching Assistant – SEN - Kingston
£90 - £100 Per Day – PAYE only!

If yes, that is the answer to the above questions. We are looking for someone like you to work as a 1:1 teaching assistant in a primary school with high levels of SEN.
Becoming a 1:1 Teaching Assistant will require you to work inside and outside the classroom with the child for the entire academic year with their Emotional and Learning development. The child you will be supporting requires someone with the following attributes:

Emotional resilience with a positive mindset.

Team player who can build rapport with children, staff and parents.

Wants to improve own skillset by learning new specialist skills.

Determination to improve the child’s social, emotional and mental health development.
The school
The school is a two-form entry primary school in the heart of Epping. It strongly believes in the well-being of both the staff and students. It is a mainstream school with a mid-intake of SEN children.
