The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join fantastic primary schools across Waltham Forest.
Your day-to-day duties will include helping the child engage with classroom activities, overcoming learning obstacles, and ensuring they have the best chance to thrive academically and socially. You’ll also benefit from working alongside specialist staff, such as Speech and Language Therapists, who will provide additional training and guidance.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who aspires to a career in teaching, as the school is known for investing in the development of its staff and helping them take the next step in their careers.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about working in a SEN environment and is eager to make a genuine impact on a child’s learning and development. This role would be ideal for someone experienced in SEN or a graduate interested in pursuing a career in teaching.
