SEND Teaching Assistant Primary School Thurrock £450 - £480 per week PAYE Monday to Friday Are you looking to start a career in SEND Education as a Teaching Assistant? The role includes weekly training and the chance to work alongside a wide range of students in the classroom environment, making it an excellent opportunity for both trainees/graduates and applicants with previous experience. You’ll be working with young people aged 3 to 11 and helping them with individual targets and skills with a focus on supporting independence, improved behaviour and social interaction. The aim is to support the students going into the next stages of their education. Building solid relationships with the pupils is very important as you will be on hand to provide emotional, behavioural and academic support.
