What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personalised support to pupils with Autism, both 1:1 and in group settings.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion: A genuine love for working with young people who need additional support to access education and life skills.
- Positivity: A proactive mindset and the ability to uplift those around you.
- Connection: The ability to build trust and rapport with children, helping them feel safe and valued.
- Experience: Previous exposure to supporting children with Autism or other special needs is beneficial but not essential.
