We here at Parker Smith Inclusion are excited to be working with an inspiring SEND School that require our help in finding fantastic staff, they are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as SEND Teaching Assistant's. The school caters for students with PMLD, MLD and complex needs, with the majority having ASC and associated learning, communication, and behavioral difficulties. Experience is valued, but they are also looking for drive and personality for the role. 

Requirements 

  • Having the passion to work with young people with SEND
  • Being  patient and flexible, and able to move between classes when you are needed to
  • Someone who understands that this is a SEND school and are prepared for the challenges
  • Comfortable supporting with toileting, eating and drinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team

The young people need every member of staff to support them to build positive relationships and thrive socially, emotionally and academically. They are seeking an English Teacher to join their wonderful team, you will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons for small groups of 4 to 8 children.
