Some jobs are just jobs. This isn’t one of them.
This is a vibrant, creative, and nurturing school where learning is all about play, exploration, and building meaningful connections. Here, every small step a child takes is celebrated, every challenge is met with patience, and every day is an opportunity to make a real difference.
We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is ready to bring warmth, enthusiasm, and care into a specialist setting. If you have a background in Health and Social Care, Early Years, or Primary education, or if you have personal experience supporting a family member or friend with SEN, you already have the skills that matter most.
A Different Kind of Classroom
This is not a traditional school environment. Learning happens through music, movement, sensory play, and creativity. The children here have complex needs, and their education is shaped around their individual strengths and challenges.
Your day could include:
- Messy play and sensory activities—because learning should be joyful
- Supporting hydrotherapy swimming sessions—helping children experience freedom in the water
- Providing personal care with dignity and kindness—ensuring every child is comfortable and supported
- Using music, art, and storytelling to engage and inspire
- Being part of an incredible, supportive team—because you are never alone in this journey
Who Is This Role Perfect For?
- Health and Social Care graduates looking to gain hands-on experience
- Early Years or Primary practitioners ready for a meaningful new challenge
- Anyone with personal experience of SEN—whether through family or friends
- Caring, patient, and creative individuals who believe every child deserves the best start in life
Why This Role?
- £90 - £100 PAYE per day – No hidden deductions, just straightforward weekly pay
- Long-term to permanent opportunity – A chance to grow and develop in a specialist setting
- Expert training and support – Ideal for those new to SEN education
- A job with real purpose – Change lives every single day
