Arriving at the specialist SEND school, you will instantly feel at ease with the welcoming staff and warm environment.
The school caters for students in Early Years to Key Stage 2 for children with complex needs. The classroom offers a wealth of experience with five members of staff including, the class teacher, an experienced HLTA and three SEN teaching assistants. You won’t be short of support and resources.
The Senior Leadership and Teaching team are very supportive of all support staff, you will be treated the same as a permanent member from your first day.
Your career is as important to the school as it is to you. The school is keen for support staff to pursue professional development. They can offer help and training in becoming a level 4 qualified HLTA or help with teacher training and apprenticeship programmes.
The school is part of a much larger organisation, with campuses catering for students from Early Years to Post-16 with a range of SEND. Because of this they are able to offer so many opportunities for development. This really is somewhere you can grow and have a long-term career.
