About the Role
SEN Teaching Assistant
Complex Needs, SLD, PMLD

Parker Smith Inclusion is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work at a fantastic special needs school based in St Albans in Hertfordshire.
The school caters to students aged 2 to 19 years old with a range of complex and profound learning difficulties. Their aim is to develop their students social life, independence, communication key skills. Ensuring every pupil is prepared for adulthood. The school has an ethos of focusing on positive learning behaviour and high expectations for all pupils and staff.
Key Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.
- Monitor and record student progress, contributing to ongoing assessments.
