Who This Role is For A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEN settings. Someone who understands that behaviour is communication and can create engaging, structured learning experiences. A teacher who is eager to support post-16 students as they develop functional life skills and prepare for life beyond school. A professional with experience in working with students with complex needs, including Autism, and helping them develop communication and social skills.
