This might be the role for you...this is a truly inclusive primary school based in NE London and their dedicated and supportive Head is seeking to appoint a SEN Teacher for their ever expanding need to support their SEN children in EYFS and year 1. This is a WONDERFUL opportunity for passionate SEN educators who are looking to feel part of a community and a truly inclusive school environment.
The ideal Primary SEN Teacher
You must have QTS. You will have the passion and purpose to make a difference in the development of children with SEN. You will have experience working with SEN children, ideally with Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN) or in a SLCN provision. A qualification in Language and Communication Impairment in children or equivalent would be highly beneficial but not essential. If you are a passionate Primary Teacher with experience teaching classes with a high percentage of SEN, please get in touch! If you possess a willingness to learn from the school's experienced Speech and Language Therapist, plus evidence of teaching children with SEN and adapting to their needs, you will be considered!
