Parker Smith Inclusion is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive three-form entry school in Southend that is looking for Inclusion Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives. The school fosters a family-oriented environment, with an outdoor Forest School and a strong focus on student well-being, inclusion, and social development.

The Role:

As an Inclusion Assistant, you will:
✅ Support students with various levels of SEN on a 1:1 basis.
✅ Rotate between students every 30 minutes to 1 hour, helping them build social skills and independence.
✅ Provide emotional and academic support, ensuring students feel valued and engaged.
✅ Work as part of a dedicated inclusion team within a nurturing school environment.
✅ Benefit from weekly training sessions every Tuesday to enhance your knowledge and skills.

✔️ Resilience, empathy, and patience – the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of students.
✔️ A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN and making a meaningful impact.
