Pay: £190 Per Day PAYE

Are you a qualified teacher with SEMH experience, or are you a mainstream teacher now looking to work within an SEN setting?
This fantastic school in Harlow are now seeking a KS3 Teacher to join their wonderful team. The school's core values include encouraging their pupils to be confident, happy citizens. It's important to recognise that children with SEMH needs are among the most vulnerable in our society, and they are seeking individuals with can have a positive impact.
Requirements of a KS3 Teacher:
· QTS/QTLS would be highly valued for this role, however the school is also open to working with unqualified teachers who have relevant experience
· Recent SEN qualifications or experience would be highly valued for this role
· The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of classroom teaching experience, a proven record of positive pupil progress and be passionate about improving outcomes for pupils
· To work with pupils with Social, Emotional, Mental Health and Behavioural Difficulties
· To observe, assess and support primary aged pupils referred to the school from mainstream secondary schools and to devise strategies and behaviour targets based on schools’ reports and observations
· To liaise with Management, SENDCo’s and class teachers in all aspects of the work in schools and to be able to adapt to the different philosophies and requirements of a variety of schools in order to maintain a good working relationship
· To be prepared to offer advice to parents and work with them to support their child.
