No experience? No problem! – If you're passionate about working with children and eager to learn, you'll be supported every step of the way.

Real classroom experience – Work 1:1 with children and also in small groups, supporting students while learning from experienced teachers and specialists.

Boost your skills and confidence. Develop a deep understanding of behaviour management, communication techniques, and how to provide tailored learning support.

Pathways into education & psychology – Go on to teacher training, psychology, or specialisms in SEND.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students with a variety of SEND needs.

Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Learning from experienced teachers and SEND specialists who will mentor and guide you as you gain hands-on experience in the classroom.
