Are you an experienced Early Years Teacher with a passion for supporting children with complex needs, but feel that your skills and dedication aren’t being fully valued or supported?
From the moment you step into this school, you are welcomed into a warm and nurturing environment. The school is designed to provide a calm and engaging setting for both students and staff, with sensory-friendly spaces and a dedicated therapy team on hand to support learning and development.
In your classroom, you will be supported by a highly experienced HLTA and 4 specialist support staff who help deliver engaging, play-based learning tailored to each child's individual needs. Planning time is respected, with structured PPA sessions allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality teaching.
