They are looking for suitable candidates who have experience supporting children with complex needs, the main need in the classroom is autism and to have experience supporting young people in early years or primary. The successful candidate will be able to build positive relationships with pupils using fun and motivating approaches. The candidate must have an understanding of autism and be able to understand total communication methods.
