- Small school with 150 students aged between 4-19
- Range of needs including autism, sensory needs, medical syndromes, challenging behaviour

The ideal candidate
- Experienced in working with SEN
- The perfect SEN Teaching Assistant should have a nurturing and calming personality
- The SEN Teaching Assistant should have a passion and drive to ensure the pupils are able to build on a platform for life-long learning and educational success.
- The SEN Teaching Assistant should be confident in working with challenging behaviour
- The SEN Teaching Assistant should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour.
- The SEN Teaching Assistant should be open to assisting with personal care
- Should be open to helping with swimming lessons
