The School
Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with an all-boys SEMH school in East London that support children with a diagnosis of SEMH and are unable to attend mainstream education. The children that require support are of Secondary school age. The school are looking for behaviour mentors to join their team of experienced staff. It is essential that these students have a behaviour mentor to act as a positive role model as well as good academic knowledge to provide lesson support.
About you…
The school is looking for a passionate, empathetic Behaviour Mentor who genuinely desires to work with young people with SEND. Ideally, you should have experience working with SEMH or working in a SEMH or PRU setting as well as an understanding of trauma and the effect it can have on children.
