  • On-the-Job Development: Gain hands-on experience in the field of education, with the support of experienced teachers and staff.

Role Overview:

  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Pay: £85–£95 per day (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN, helping them to engage, grow, and succeed in a safe, inclusive environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships, understanding that all behaviour is a form of communication and adapting to meet each child’s needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement tailored learning plans and behavioural strategies.
  • Bring a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to each day, uplifting students and the school community alike.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A genuine passion for working with children, especially those with SEN.
  • A proactive, bubbly, and adaptable approach—someone who brings positivity and energy to the classroom.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • A supportive and empathetic mindset, with a desire to make a difference.
